I would like to install an additional TV outlet to allow the TV to be relocated in the same room but also leaving the original outlet. Do I need a VM engineer?

Hi if you are talking about a second box then you will need a virgin engineer a if you mean relocating which will require a longer coxial cable the same applies. Regards Micky

Indeed - all the coax cabling forms part of VM's network and any alterations/amendments need to be done by VM techs.

There's a flat fee of £25 for non-fault callouts of which this is, they can be arranged via the normal faults route.
