Hi

Accessing AmazonPrime App receiving the following error  A01 App is temporarily unavailable.

All other apps Netflix iPlayer are fine and working. 

Anyone experienced this issue? Know how to fix it?

Any changes to your setup recently? New TV?

How is the V6 connected to the hub?

No changes to set up. No one had been near the TV. All other apps are working fine. Did check the help system for the error code - pointed to connection leads, but as I said all other apps are working fine. To help - We have used the amazon app frequently up until this occurred. Looked to see if there is a way to reinstall an app but cant find any guidance to support this approach. Have tried to ring the support line - have hung on for 30 mins for three calls now, at different times, without anyone picking up the call.

Sounds like you have tried the obvious things. You probably won't have much luck with the phone at the moment.

Out of interest have you tried a new HDMI cable?

Also is your TV 4k and if so what output resolution of the V6 set to?

Admittedly these are long shots!

Hi

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with amazon prime.
first thing you need to do is what we call a call back so follow these instructions
menus (Home → Help&Settings → Settings → Network → Connect to Virgin Media Service now).
once it's gone through and says finished try and connect to the app .

Hi James

I have followed your instructions.

Checked Amazon App - Same error

Checked BBC IPlayer - this was now showing the same error (was previously working)

Checked Netflix - working

Thought I would Reset the Box

Once restarted checked Apps and they are all working ! 😀
