A01 ERROR NEW V6 BIX

I've just replaced my TiVo box to a new V6. 

Everything seems to be working well apart from the Help App to pair my remote to TV

I click on Help & Settings > Help 

It starts to load and takes me back to the previous page

I click Help again, it starts to lead and the following  A01 error

Everything is connected.  I've tried calling but I've been on hold for an hour (twice)

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry to hear you haven't been able to sey up the remote on your new V6 box,

 

Have you made sure the box is connected to our network and activated?
