I've just replaced my TiVo box to a new V6.
Everything seems to be working well apart from the Help App to pair my remote to TV
I click on Help & Settings > Help
It starts to load and takes me back to the previous page
I click Help again, it starts to lead and the following A01 error
Everything is connected. I've tried calling but I've been on hold for an hour (twice)

Have you made sure the box is connected to our network and activated?
