7400

Hello 

I'm having an issue with my TV box it comes with an error on the screen 7400.

Currently I have no channels nothing I have just reinstalled the TV and broadband after moving houses but the message with error is still there after many hours. 

Please if someone could help as the call centers are very busy and hardly anyone answers.
