I’ve recently connected my new virgin WiFi and tv at my a new home. The internet is working well but the TV doesn’t seem to be fully activated. I have a 7400 error code and very limited channels.
I’ve tried to troubleshoot the issue as described but none have worked. I can’t seem to connect to any support over the phone. What is the best way to get this issue resolved?
