Got a 7400 error and advised to call virgin. Waste of time.
Can it be done on line by someone. Can't watch any TV. Going round in circles with this lot

Error 7400 usually occurs when a new box has been installed, or it hasn't been used for a long period of time and therefor needs activating.
Try rebooting the V6 please. If the channels are still greyed out then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.
Have your account number and area number handy, along with the serial number of the box.
You can also call 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or call 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, Options 1,1 and 2 (Faults)
