I have upgraded my box to a v6 box. I followed all instructions etc but it says 7400 error. I cant run a test on it as my account still says i have the older box.
What do i do to fix it?

Did you call the Activation line? 0800 953 9500.
You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number

Yes tried all day i cant get through its now saying closed
Unfortunately you'll need to try again tomorrow - you can't activate the box without calling in. 7400 is the error code for an unactivated box.
