602 error code

Watching 42 second street on demand half way through 602 error code appeared  I went through all the suggestions unplug reboot V6 Box , reboot wi fi . Checked the internet settings on the TiVo box all ok. I have 2 V6 boxes the same happened on the other box as well .Rang 150 went through to a automated service  said they have checked the system no fault appeared So I had to watch the end of 42 second street on my iPad has anybody had the same problem with that error code how was it rectified

Are you able to watch different OnDemand programmes ok? In other words - is this problem affecting all VOD, or just this specific programme?

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/602 suggests this could be a temporary or asset-specific error.

As far as I can tell this is only on demand item  I have had a problem with

Can you try watching something from (non-BBC) CatchUp and see for definite?

If you have a problem with OnDemand in general, there may be different troubleshooting.

Sorry to hear the on demand gave an error halfway through a programme

Are you still getting any error messages?

What Box do you have?

Yes I have 2 TiVo boxes  the show on demand on both boxes got half way through stop with error code 602 tried all the suggestion reboot boxes reboot WiFi so I had to watch the end of the show on my iPad this is the first on demand show I have had a problem with on virgin demand

I would say this is just a little blip on that show 

Not a good blip though as its spoiled your viewing 

If you get any more issues, error codes etc 

Please pop back on here and let us know
