Hello,
My TV package includes 360 but I still only have V6. Also, my V6 remote no longer works so can I please order a replacement?

Sounds like you've recently renegotiated your contract, is that right? Did you request to convert your V6 into TV360 at the same time, or did you want to?
Many VM sales agents leave customers thinking that this voluntary conversion of TV box software is part of a new contract when the guidance is nothing of the sort, and all offers should be available using your existing TiVo/V6 if you so desire.
So did you ask to convert? Or accept an invitation to do so?
It's entirely possible the new TV360 remotes have already been ordered if you did.

Hi Japitts, thank you for your answer. I did negotiate my contract a few months ago but have only just realised that my services says I have 360 TV. I didn't ask to move to 360, however they did say they would give me similar tv to what I already had. I have not received a new 360 remote so maybe I am still on V6.

TiVo software, which a V6 runs on, has the TiVo-logo in the top-right corner of your menu next to the video preview screen. Horizon software, which a TV360 runs on, doesn't. Feel free to post a picture if you want confirmation.
