Box 1, no on demand view, just plays sound.
Box 2, stuck on 16% loading channels
Box 3, network cable unplugged.
Box 4, works perfectly
All this after an engineer rewired our cables. I have checked connections and rebooted all boxes Please advise.
1. This is usually a TV compatibility issue, try swapping the box around with another TV or different HDMI lead or HDMI socket.
2. This means no signal, is the white cable in?
3. This means you need to plug an ethernet cable in or connect to WiFi if its a v6

All the boxes worked before he came out, he only visited as the box down the road was showing noise on the line, sorry I'm not too familiar with how it all works.
Seems a bit of a pain to be swapping boxes about.
The white cable is in, he didn't even go in the room with that box.
I'm not sure I have a cable long enough 😕
