3 V6 boxes BT Sport 2 won’t work on 1 of them

I have 3 V6 boxes in the house and for the last few months BT Sports 2 has stopped working in the kitchen. It works fine on the other two boxes. All the other BT channels still work fine just BT sport 2. 
I’ve checked all the cables, rebooted the box and tried to get help but virtual chat just won’t help.

What happens when you try to watch BT2HD - do you get any error messages on-screen?

Does Sky News HD, BBC2HD or GB News HD work on the same box?

If you swap the boxes around, does the fault follow the box move or remain with the cabling?
