2nd virgin v6 box not starting up

I'm getting this error on box any ideas

Looks like a software update has got stuck.

How is your V6 connected to your homehub, that's where the box gets its internet from.

You can try powering the V6 off at the mains for, say, 5minutes to force the process to restart, but if no joy you'll likely have to call VM faults to report this.
