2nd v6 box

I have just had a new v6 box come today which is working,great,so with my v6 box I decided to try it upstairs has I have a existing working line I have connected the v6 box but I have only 5 channels and a code 7400 across the picture,I think virgin have deactivated this v6 box when they activated my new one,is there anyway they would activate the one upstairs. It's quite likely your theory about the wrong box being activated is true.

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 gives some basic advice, otherwise if you need to call - 0800 9539500 is the activation line, make sure you have the serial numbers of both boxes handy.
