2nd replacements remote for 2nd V6 box

We have 2 V6 boxes and as luck(?) would have it, both remotes have broken. Getting 1 replacement was easy enough but for a 2nd one they want me to fork out £9.99. Clearly Virgin’s system think I want a 2nd remote for 1 box but I don’t…and there is no means of online chatting to a real support person. Can someone here help? Thanks

If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.This often takes 4-6 hours- phone calls take priority
