I have Ultimate Umph bundle Recently upgraded 18 months deal £95 (Was in January)

How do I add Sky Sports/Sky Movies/Kids/Documentary's channels to 2nd V6 Box??

I had ultimate Umph before and all the channels were on 2nd box as that was included

Main box works 100% fine 

so dose Ultimate Umph bundle not come with 2 V6 Boxes anymore??

Only found out today as mum told me 2nd box not working

Your subscription is for your account, not your boxes. Reboot the second V6, call VM if this doesn't work.

On the box with missing channels, try following....

Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.

now on main box when I try to watch sky movies on demand it says upgrade to watch..

Will When I click on it... it says I am already subscribed.

How do I fix this?

This one crops up occasionally.

1: Can you view the broadcast channels?

2: Can you try the missing channels refresh I previously mentioned?

Has the missing channels refresh got the second box sorted?

is that BBC 1 Etc??

Tried missing Channels no luck.

Can you view the linear Sky Cinema channels from 401 upwards?....

If the second box is missing channels and the refresh has failed, you can try a reboot as a last throw of the dice.

If that doesn't work, chances are there's an account problem with how the box is setup.

On Main box can view sky sports/movies channels just can't watch on demand 

2nd box all sports/movie channels greyed out,

Best bet to ring virgin to sort it out,
