Virgin installed yesterday. Engineer left before all up and running. 2nd box won't connect 1st box not playing sky golf. Cannot get through to virgin on phone. Waited 4hrs so far for online chat. Re booted and followed error code guides. No joy. Any suggestions please before I cancel the shambles that is Virgin so far 😔

Please let me know if you are still seeking some help for the issue with your TV boxes. If so, can you please let me know if you have an error code when trying to watch Sky Golf? And what is the error message displayed on your second box?
