This may be down to your old equipment possibly still showing as registered but deactivated on your account. We can try removing your old box from your account completely and seeing if that reflects on your end.
I'll pop you over a PM so I can take some details and check for you.
if you click on the box that shouldn’t be there then it should fail to connect. This may take about 30 seconds though. Once it fails to connect it should give you an option to say I no longer have this box. You can then delete it.
if this does not work for you then the only other option to remove it would be to reformat the box. You can do this by choosing clear and delete everything from the clear or reset TiVo box menu
