1 Week in, NO Phone, BB slow, NO on demand LMAO

Promised the earth when signed up, house phone not working, slow broadband (100Mbps instead of 500Mbps), on demand totally **bleep**ed our night up watching a film with kids by failing. Only interested in selling and customer service AWFUL, this is ONE WEEK IN. I think I'll keep SKY and cancel, engineer cannot come out to us until 29th Dec. Direct Debit cancelled and I'll charge to collect their equipment.
