why is virgin media customer support so poor

Totally agree. Lack of training I would guess. Had a total nightmare the last two days with them! I need a few of recovery before I phone them again 🙄

The forums no but actually help in customer service 

my father in laws virgin supply was turned of one early which took 3 days to get back on and since then the tv service has not been working which a again has taken 4 days to get an engineer out 

the service is so poor we may cancel our contract and also even though Ali ask for a manager to call they haven’t yet 

not good service at all
