our virgin tv broke on saturday all we get is the below image after the welcome screen if we reset the box. We have called and an engineer is due Friday so that's a possible 6 days with out the service we are paying for is there no way to get a new box before then?
Replacement boxes are provided by tech visits, to enable on-the-spot replacement and also return faulty equipment immediately.
I suspect postal deliveries may have their own issues at present, and not necessarily be any quicker.
