got his error of V210 on my STB since november. catch up does not work at all.
Error started when I got sent a 360 remote in the post. The new remote did not work so I put it away as old remote was working fine anyway.
STB is connected via ethernet. I can see it has an IP address in the box settings and it will sync also.
I just need someone to check/change whatever is the issue on my account. As when I search this issue on the forum that is what seemed to resolve for other customers.
Calling customer service is not an option for me.
If someone could help that would be great
