after attempting to update from V6 to TV 360 it keeps getting frozen on the install complete page and when turned off it goes back to the welcome screen.

I'd recommend calling into faults to report this.
150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone), choose "I have a fault with my TV service"
