Can you please order me a 360 remove please.
I ordered about 10 days ago but still not received anything via post.
Had an email from Whistl on 2nd but no movement in the tracking.

My issue is this is a new box, installed about 1 month ago,  remote was all ok including Volume etc on TV.

Then all of a sudden the remote stopped controlling both the box and TV.
I have exhausted all the help steps etc and still stuck using my phone TV GO to control the box and YouTube app to control you tube.
Ive had all sorts of problems with boxes since moving about 6 weeks ago, 3 engineer visits.
Still waiting on a Landline number to be ported across.
