have just phone virgin media as contract runs out 14th April asked if I could have tv 360 told it is new customers only would have to pay 35 pounds set up fee the free set up is new customers only .

TV360 is available as a voluntary conversion to any customer who wants it and asks.

Costs may vary, though.

Hi @jerry2406, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

As @japitts has said mentioned, we can't guarantee that the conversion or upgrade will be free of charge as it does depend on offers available, but all customers do have the opportunity to do this.

Can you confirm if you'd like to upgrade to TV360 even if there's a cost involved and I can look into helping you do that via PM?
