second v6 box upgrade

Hi I have 2 V6 boxes, one is upgraded to 360, the other we have not really used since we got it, it will not upgrade to 360 it keeps coming up with error MA1/4/30.

Ido not have the original remote, just the new 360 ones we were sent. I have paired the second remote to it but cannot get the upgrade to work
