hi,
due to a mix up we've ended up with 2 brand new hubs, i was told i'd get an addressed bag for one to go back , weeks later still nothing. i know how to return the old one, but presume the new unused one needs to go back elsewhere.

Or you can wait for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
