return NEW hub

hi,

 

due to a mix up we've ended up with 2 brand new hubs, i was told i'd get an addressed bag for one to go back , weeks later still nothing. i know how to return the old one, but presume the new unused one needs to go back elsewhere.

if you scroll down the page there is a form you can fill in for returning packaging,

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment/request-returns-pack

Or you can wait for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
