no lights on 360 tv box

hi

does anyone know why i have no lights on my 360 tv box

if i reset the box to factory settings it works for a while then they stop lighting up

it does it every time

Hi @edgey1965 

If there is no lights at all this would usually indicate no power is being transferred to the Virgin 360 TV box. However it looks like perhaps this unit could be faulty. I would call Virgin Tech Support on 150 from you Virgin home phone or Virgin Mobile to get this sorted.

If you’ve got power saving set to “Eco”, the light no the power switch goes off a few minutes after you put the box into standby. This functionality seems to have been introduced in the latest software update.
