If there is no lights at all this would usually indicate no power is being transferred to the Virgin 360 TV box. However it looks like perhaps this unit could be faulty. I would call Virgin Tech Support on 150 from you Virgin home phone or Virgin Mobile to get this sorted. Hope this helped 😊
If you’ve got power saving set to “Eco”, the light no the power switch goes off a few minutes after you put the box into standby. This functionality seems to have been introduced in the latest software update.
