new 360 box and faster broadband

hi just looking for advice if anybody can help me am not really good with any technology but had a call from virgin last week offering me the 360 box much faster broadband and a  contract 02 sim for basically the same as am paying now monthly for just my broadband and phone line  and contract sim which i have been on about 5 years now so thought it was a good deal specially the faster broadband and 360 box had it delivers on tuesday and its still sitting in the box as my router is in one living room and the 360 will be in a other living room which are really far apart and they have sent me the a very short cable with a splitter on whatever that is so do i need to ring virgin now for them to come out and fit all new wires from one room to the next or is there something i can buy myself to fix this problem.

I think what you're saying is,

You've just added TV to your existing package, but don't have a co-ax connection point in the location you want to use your TV box. Is that right?

If so, you'll need a manned tech installation - VM can arrange this if you contact them back, or wait here for a few days.
