i have a 360 box in the main living room and two min boxes in two bedrooms. I need another one for my other living room and have been told i cant as they cant give another mini box. Surely we can add another box onto package or is there another way around this ?

Unfortunately since they were introduced there has been a maximum of three  360 boxes allowed per account, and there is no workaround to add any extra boxes..

The older V6 boxes also had a maximum of three V6 boxes per account, although you could add additional TIVO boxes on that system. The TIVO boxes have now been withdrawn, plus they were never compatable with the 360 due to the 360's running on the Horizon platform.
