missing the virgin 360 power supply.

Hi all, received my equipment yesterday and the power supply for the 360 box is missing. 

only solution they could offer was to book an engineer appointment. 

anyone know of any common devices that use the same power supply please?

The V6 uses the same hardware as the TV360, but hasn't been available for new installs since several years and won't help your cause.

In the past a replacement power supply could be sent separately, might be worth calling back.

I'm very sorry to hear that the power supply for the TV 360 box appeared to be missing. Was a technician visit booked during that visit, and if so when was it booked for? If not, let us know if you need further assistance.
