Hi,
What's the best way to log a fault that's technically not service related? For instance, when I try to use the mic on the remote to say 'nbc news now' - it never switches to the channel but instead it just opens a search box and then you must close it and manually change the channel. It's the only channel that I have this issue with- no other channels have a problem with the voice activation system

If I’m correct, this channel has only been added recently.
Perhaps the update required to add voice support by channel name hasn’t been added yet.
Try a voice search on ‘channel 614’.

Hi @adhiren, thanks a lot for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns.
As @Ernie_C has mentioned, due to the channel being a newly added channel, the voice activation hasn't been quite updated for this as of yet, but please be assured we'll resolve this with future software updates to the TV360.
