iPlayer App - Need to log in every time

For the last month or so, my TV360 box constantly forgets that I am logged into iPlayer. I have to log in every time I open the app.

This is all very frustrating and it means I'm using the app on my smart TV far more than VM's version.

Is anyone else seeing this? Is there a fix?

Re: iPlayer App - Need to log in every time

If the 360 isn't turned off at the plug and is set to fast start or active start then you shouldn't have to log in every time.

Yes, I realise that. That's how it worked until about a month ago.

Re: iPlayer App - Need to log in every time

Have you tried resetting your Hub and a factory reset of the 360 box, if you do the factory reset choose Keep Recordings, so you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, but you will have to sign into your apps again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

Just to say that I experienced the same problem after the 360 remote change. The factory reset of the Tivo box sorted it out. Thanks again to the community.
