I have 2 former TiVo V6 boxes upgraded to TV360. I have recorded several programmes on the main box and when I try to watch them on the 2nd box, I get Error CS2200. The 2nd box is connected via Ethernet.
BlueLou may be able to pick this up for you and sort it out, but you may need to speak to TV Faults on 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faults) or ask for the TV 360 team butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues, or mid afternoon around tea time
