error CS2200 when trying to watch recordings

I have 2 former TiVo V6 boxes upgraded to TV360.  I have recorded several programmes on the main box and when I try to watch them on the 2nd box, I get Error CS2200.  The 2nd box is connected via Ethernet.

Any ideas?

Hi LoneSpeaker,

According to virgin-tv-error-codes/cs2200  you need to contact VM. 

BlueLou may be able to pick this up for you and sort it out, but you may need to speak to TV Faults on 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faults) or ask for the TV 360 team but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues, or mid afternoon around tea time

That’s right, you’ll need to call in and speak to the 360 team in the morning 

it really helps us at this stage to understand the circumstances in which these errors are happening

Thanks for the replies.

I have fixed the issue.  The solution is to power off and power on both boxes and then they can both access each other’s recordings.

Hi 

 

This is happening to me. I got my virgin installed today and I thought I'm getting two v6 boxes but the engineer said that they have run out and now rolling out these 360 boxes.

He promised that I can watch recordings from the master box but I keep getting this same error. 

I have tried resetting them both. 

I'm going to call virgin up in the morning.
