Hi @leroy2
It's odd that it's only affecting one channel and also seems to be only one program.
Check your connections, are finger tight, and free from any kinks, especially the white coaxial cable.
You should also look at Check service status at the top of the page. You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
All channels run on muxes, rrather like freeview, so after checking your connections also check the channels noted below which are on the same mux. If they suffer from the same issue then it looks like you have a signal issue

If the fault only affects one channel/programme, it's likely to be a broadcaster issue.
Check the other channels that newapollo has mentioned, and if those are affected, then you're looking at a signal fault.

I have the same issue but on a different program. The Bill on W. I ghink it's something to do with the channel itself because it happens when watching live.

Does the same issue happen with W+1-SD?

Hi there @leroy2
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community.
A big thank you to our community members for their help and guidance provided so far.
It does sound as though this may be an issue with the broadcaster as this is only on one channel, have you been able try the plus 1 channel yet?
Thank you.
