That sounds like you are trying to set the recordings using either the mini box or the TVGO app and the main 360 box is either turned off or not connected to the network. If that's correct make sure the main box is set to fast start or active start.
If that's not the case and you are trying to set the recordings using the main box when it's on is it only the sports channels affected or any channel. First thing to try would be a reboot of the 360 by switching the power off and then back on again with either the switch on the back of the box or at the plug.

Thanks for reply., all ok, did a factory reset and now working. However I do get a little confused. Having read lots of posts including yours they refer to main box and mini box. I had an upgrade (in January) from VM which put new software onto existing boxes and recived two new remotes. To all intents and purposes they are both identical 360 boxes. Am I missing something?

Converted V6 retain their hard drives and become TV360 master.
Any additional installs or multi-room TiVo's get TV360 minis which are half the height owing to no HDD.
