Hi

I would like to send my devices back to virgin as my contract as ended. could someone please send me a box to do this.

I have been waiting for someone to collect them, but i will need to pick my children up from school. is there anyway i could contact someone for an a approximate time that of person copming to pick up.

The return boxes are usually sent out around 10 days after the final bill has been produced following cancellation.

You can request returns packaging and take the equipment to your nearest Collect+  store via the following page.
