Hi @Mandy53

You will need a second set top box.  It's an additional £10 per month for a second set top box. Any additional ones after the second box are an extra £5 per month. Please note the second box will be a mini box which doesn't have an internal hard drive.

The box will need connecting to the VM coaxial so if you don't have a VM point in your upstairs location then it will need installing by an engineer.

You will need to speak to either sales or regrades to add a second box.
