You tube has stopped working I have done all the checks rebooted router and rebooted virgin box still does not connect,it was yesterday it's not today any reason why?

It’s stopped this evening. Was working fine today. I was using it for background while working.
all other apps seem ok. Just YouTube and YouTube kids

It's working for me, have you tried rebooting the box by turning the power off and on again with the switch on the back of the box.
