Upgraded to TV360 as part of recontracting. Delivery due yesterday from Yodel, had to chase for tracking info. No updates at all yesterday. Today got full tracking. Got down to my delivery next and then apparantly my package was delivered to my porch. I dont have a porch.
Contacted Yodel to be told multiple different things. Firstly it was a mistake and it had not been delivered. Then it had been delivered to a neighbour (door directly opposite mine in a block of flats). Then supposedly delivered to a whole other block of flats.
Now trying to report the "loss" and cant get hold of anyone at Virgin on chat or WhatsApp
