You don't have to connect the 2nd TV box via cables to the hub, you can do that via wifi.

However all VM boxes (with the exception of the internet based Stream box) require a coaxial connection for live TV.

The Stream box is one per account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other TV service provided by VM. The Stream box also won't work with any other ISP.
