When upgrading to Oomph service can I then ask for the new TV360 remotes

Good evening all, I am upgrading to the new Oomph service and having the new boxes installed next week. I have a few questions hopefully you can help with?

  1. I assume that I will get the v6 boxes and not the new TV 360 boxes?
  2. If I get the v6 boxes will I be able to contact Virgin to get the new remotes sent as an upgrade?

TV360 is still a trial and you currently only get it if you have been invited

TBF I haven’t really encountered any problems as yet, I upgraded on Tuesday....all seems to be working well

My 2 boxes were okay for 4 days and now all the above and speaking to virgin I am not the only call today with the problem
