What is the 360 upgrade.

Hi all.

What is this 360 upgrade as I have the original V6 box.

The remote looks better but if it means I loose all my programs and series links I am not interested and not paying for extra channels I don't want either.

Hi @65mike 

Unless you negotiate a new package your channels remain the same.

The available channels on the 360 and the packages they are on can be seen <<< here >>> 

If upgrading to a 360 then the V6 box is formatted as part of the process to switch to the Horizon interface meaning all recordings and series links are lost in the process.

I will keep what I have got,New remote would be nice but can live with what I have.

Think of TV360 as a completely different operating system in much the same way as Android & Apple are totally different.
