What is best method for V360 user feedback

I recently 'upgraded' to a V360 box from a TIVO and have come across a few usability issues with both the box & linked mobile app which seem to be 'by design' features rather than faults or user selectable options.

So I was wondering what is the best way to raise these with VM?

I couldn't see any dedicated thread on this forum (maybe I haven't searched hard enough) and there's no obvious route for feedback on the VM website.

Its not a complaint but a couple of issues are b***dy annoying and will continue to be so (for me anyway).  I could post here but will it be seen by anyone who can change anything?

If you post here one of the VM support team will pass the feedback / comments onto the developers of the software for the v360 box.

Are these the same software engineers working on the 'Netflix programs finishing early' problem? the same problem going on now for three months that they apparently can't replicate but many, many users can!
