Need some help.
at 6.58pm every day without fail it doesn’t matter what’s on the box it comes up with the We’ll be back or go to start up a random show and get stuck so the box needs switching off and on again.
Manton’s else had the same issue and resolved it?

Have you tried doing a factory reset of the box, just select the option to keep your recordings.
If you could post a picture of the message that may help.

You wil need to sign in again to any apps you use like iPlayer and Netflix etc.
