There is a program scheduled to air in 9 days time. When I use my voice to search, it only finds it on YouTube and yet I can find it, if I search manually on the planner.

Sorry to hear you're having some problems with the Voice Control feature on your TV 360. We have some info here on how it works but can you confirm if this happens when trying to search for any other programs too or is it just this specific one?

Hi there.
I have just tried another voice search for “The Chase”.
It only found the chase as listed on ITV1 and yet there are other episodes broadcasting on Challenge Channel within the next 24hrs, and yet it didn’t show that they were available. When I went to the planner, I was able to manually select and record it.
So far I’m finding voice search disappointing as it can’t be relied upon.

Yes it happens to other programs too, like the Interceptors which is on channel 5, action5 etc. the planner then creates separate recordings for the different channels rather than group them together.
I prefer V6 because it has keywords and will record automatically as the program appears on the channel guide. With the 360 system you can’t set to record any programs unless the broadcaster has published them first on the tv guide. This means I have to continue to search every week for any new programs that appear. Also if a channel advertises a program in advance and I ask voice to record it, it can’t be found.
