Voice lag

I've just had my 360 set up and now the words don't match the people on the tv 

lagging 

how do I fix this issue

Are you using a soundbar or any A/V equipment, if you are how are they connected and what make + model are they for the best answer if someone else has the same set up.

No I'm not use that 

just the tv 

the sound of the words come out a split second after the the mouths have started to talk 

it looks weird , I don't like it

So if the 360 box is connected directly to the TV make sure it's not connected to the HDMI-ARC connector on the TV, setting the 360 Audio to follow content should be the best but you could also try the PCM settings.

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the sound on your 360 box.
