Good day,
matter a bit of help. We have had VM360 for quite a few months now and all of the sudden recordings are not playing when selected. I get a dialog box pop up with ‘Failed to play recording with error code CS2200.
any ideas on how I can fix this? I have an engineer appointment booked for Friday but if it is a simple fix I will do it myself.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

I'm not sure about a quick fix - from what you've described this sounds horribly like a hard drive problem.
You can certainly check further though - try pausing live TV, which is also effectively a recording and uses the HDD. I would expect that to fail if the HDD is playing up.

I Think you have hit the nail on the head.
will just have to wait for Friday for the engineer.
