Virginsocket too far from tv

Hi, we had our broadband and tv box arrive on Tuesday and were told we could do the self set up. However the virgin socket is in a different room to the tv. How do I arrange someone to come out and install

Self-install is only suitable if you want all your kit within about 3 metres of the socket, unless the house is already wired for more.

Give VM a call & ask for a manned install. There should beno charge for this.
