I have be a new remote for virgin 360.I have switched on subtitles for my wife which works on normal channels but for some reason not BBC I player.Can anyone advise me thanks

The profile settings on 360 control all the live broadcasts and services delivered by the virgin box. The apps do not fall under control of the profiles system on the 360.

Each app has its own settings and functions as it is streamed direct from the creator, bbc, Netflix, itv etc. 

I often use subs on Netflix and apply the setting when playing the show.

Hi mirichardson,

If you don't know how to turn on the subtitles on iPlayer select what you want to watch and then when it starts press the OK button, at the top left of the screen you will see 3 icons, press the UP arrow above the OK button and then the Right button to highlight the subtitles settings you can then select subtitles and the size.
