Hello everyone.  

I have recently upgraded from V6 to Virgin360.  

Previously I was able to switch off a setting to prevent the box from going into standby.  

On the virgin360 software, there is no option to switch off the standby function.  The maximum setting is 24 hours.  This causes me some issues as I am using third party universal remote controls.  I keep having to manually select the virgin box and switch it on.  

Is there any way the standby function can be permanently disabled?

There is no option to stop the standby as far as I've found.
